About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in General Psychology with a focus in research psychology and am licensed to provide mental health counseling in 39 states. My work is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, approaches that emphasize the relationship between thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and values.
Through both research and clinical experience, I came to recognize something important: clarity rarely comes from gathering more information. It comes from learning how to interpret what is already happening inside you.
I believe emotions are not obstacles to overcome but signals to understand. They reveal what matters, where we feel aligned, and where something in our thinking or direction may need to change.
My work focuses on helping people examine their thoughts with honesty, challenge limiting beliefs, accept internal experiences without avoidance, and use emotions as meaningful data when making decisions about their lives.
Outside of my work, I stay grounded through martial arts, time in nature, and the ongoing practice of self-inquiry.
Clarity is not something we find.
It is something we practice. 🧭
